"It's hard to describe how food can make you feel so good." Obviously, food is delicious and tastes good, but Ashriel Walkers food is not only delicious but literally makes your soul sing. Her blend of styles and cuisine are a plus and although she has her specialties she's up for challenges when it comes to creating new things. Ashriel catered and worked many events for us as a part of our organization Urban Jerusalem. We had an event every first Saturday of the month called "UJ Cafe". It was an evening of great food, an open mic/live music and a time for people to connect with others and build relationships and community. Ashriel catered 20+ events for us and none of them disappointed us. Our events had between 20-100 visitors on a night average evening. She ended up being a huge draw and perk for our event. People frequently asked, if "Ashriel would be there on given Saturday's. Ashriel's service was authentic, professional, timely and the presentation of her food was very intentional, artistic and neat. Her attention to the aesthetic aspect of food presentation was impressive. Two of our favorites were here macaroni and cheese cups and her special sauce wings. The Mac and cheese cups were perfectly, cheesy, buttery and creamy. Her wings had a savory sweet sauce with a like kick that made you want to keep eating them. There is something to be said for someone that cooks and genuinely wants someone to be physically satisfied and happy. We highly recommend Ashriel and appreciate her, her food and outstanding service. She cares about what she does and those she serves.” -Urban Jerusalem
